BSC Team Member - Operations
Part time position.
Schedule - Varies by season.
Starting salary - Commensurate with experience.
Come join our team and play a very important role in the day to day operations of our youth programs and professional games. Duties include but are not limited to:
● Facility management
● Ticket sales
● Marketing
● Maintenance and facility upkeep
● Youth and adult sports programs
● after school and day camp programs
● 1-on-1 private and group basketball instruction (if qualified)
● Staffing and financial development
● Social media posting (videos and pictures)
● Website development
● Community relations and collaborations with community agencies
● Gameday setup and cleanup for pro and youth games. In-game operations including but not limited to: Ticket sales, food service, apparel, score clock, shot clock, game book, halftime performances, usher, parking attendant.
Outside sales Representative
Part time position.
Schedule - Flexible around the employees availability
Salary - Commission based position (high commission rates)
Connects with local, regional and national business owners/representatives to identify their needs and close sales deals. Their main duties include meeting in person and virtually with potential customers, negotiating and closing sales deals.
Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Outside Sales Representatives may also recommend marketing strategies designed for a target market.
This is a commission only position, however comes with very high commission rates (as high as 40% in some instances) and can generate a high volume of revenue for the sales representative if OSR is active in pursuing sales.
