Rookie Party

Cost - $249.00

 

1.5 hour party on 1 BSC basketball court

 60 minutes of sport activity 

30 minutes of food activity

1 Birthday Party Coordinator included for 2 hours to help with setup, food service, cleanup

Customer provides own food and drink

15 kids permitted ($15.00 each additional child)

 

*No food or drink is provided for this party

*No sport instructors are provided for this party, all sport activiites run by parents.

*Birthday Party Coordinator will meet you 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party time for you to setup*

Parents must clean up party when complete*

 

Veteran Party

Cost - $349.00

 

1.5 hour party on 1 BSC basketball court

60 minutes of sports activity 

30 minutes of food activity

1 Sport Instructor included for 1 hour to lead the drills & games

1 Birthday Party Coordinator included for 2 hours to help with setup, food service, cleanup

Customer provides own food and drink

15 kids permitted ($15.00 each additional child)

The MVP

Cost - $495.00

 

2 hour party using both BSC basketball courts - full bball court space (turf is off limits)

90 minutes of sport activity

30 minutes of food activity

1 Sport Instructor included for 1.5 hours to lead the drills & games for 1.5 hours

1 Birthday Party Coordinator included for 2.5 hours to help with setup, food service, cleanup

2 sheet pizzas provided (1-topping) 

1 water bottle included for each child

Bulldogs T-shirt for Bday child

Unlimited kids allowed

 

 

Birthday Party Court Description: 

 

Rookie parties: These parties take place on one 102' x 56' court space area with an 84' x 50' high school size basketball court, a full size volleyball court or 3 pickleball courts. You may be sharing the facility with another group if there is programming on the other court. 

 

Veteran parties: These parties take place on one 102' x 56' court space area with an 84' x 50' high school size basketball court, a full size volleyball court or 3 pickleball courts. You may be sharing the facility with another group if there is programming on the other court. 

 

MVP parties: These parties includes both courts (the full BSC court space of 102' x 112') with a 94' x 50' NBA size basketball court - and you have the full court facility to yourself for the party. 

 

What to Bring? The Bulldogs provide 2 tables, bleacher space, 1-2 instructors (depending on your party choice) and court space. Parents are responsible for bringing all decorations, plates, napkins, a cake (if you choose), a cake cutter and all cutlery. .

 

Be sure to bring a cake cutter if you bring a cake! Rookie parties are responsible for food and drinks. MVP parties provide 2 sheet pizzas (parents must still provide drinks).

*DISCLAIMER - There are no refunds for any Bulldogs Sports Complex program. Credit transfers may be granted or denied and are evaluated on a case by case basis and only under specific circumstances.

 

To recieve a program credit for a cancelled Birthday Party, you must give written notice of cancellation with at least 30 days notice to BulldogsSportsComplex@gmail.com.

 

There is a $15.00 transfer fee to switch programs (plus any remaining balance).
