Cancellation Policy
We have a strict no refund policy after a purchase is completed. A credit to your account may be applied if we are given a minimum of 1-week notice on your request. To withdraw from a program and earn a credit, email us at BulldogsSportsComplex@gmail.com with a minimum of 1-week notice and a credit may be applied to your account minus a $15.00 transfer fee. These credit requests are evaluated on a case by case basis but will not be considered without a minimum of 1-week notice. The $15.00 transfer fee applies to all credit transfers. If we are not given a minimum of 1-week notice, no credit will be applied and you will forfeit your registration.
Instructors
Substitute instructors and/or Camp Directors may be used in the event of illness or injury. Camp Directors are not guaranteed for every day of camp as we cannot control events like injury or illness. We will provide great substitute instructors in the event.

Important Basketball Camp information
Basketball Camp Registration Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 7-days notice in writing: We will guarantee you that we will reschedule your camp day(s).
- A minimum of 24-hours notice in writing: We will consider rescheduling your camp day(s) for an emergency situation like an illness with a doctors note. Consider this a 1-time situation type of option in the case of an emergency.
- Less than 24-hours notice in writing or no notice: No camp day(s) will be rescheduled and you will forfeit your session.
There are no refunds after purchase for any reasons.
Future Stars Summer coed basketball camps: Taught by Bulldogs players, coaches, and BSC staff members. Half day options and full-day options are both available. The Future Stars Summer Basketball camp teaches all the fundamentals of basketball including dribbling, passing, shooting, conditioning, teamwork, ball movement, player movement, and more. We will also have shooting games with prizes, basketball relays, 3 on 3 games, weekly 5-on-5 pickup games, and awesome End-of-Week awards for campers. Open to beginner, intermediate, and advanced players
Elite Camp: Elite skills training and officiated 5 on 5 games. This camp is for intermediate and advanced players - not beginners - who are looking for both skill work and competitive 5 and 5 games. Only serious basketball players with at minimum a few years of experience should sign up for this camp.

Camp Detailed Information
Dropoff - Dropoff is available 10 minutes prior to the start of your session, so if you are signed up for morning session you can drop off anytime after 8:50 am. Our staff is preparing the gym to get ready for the day prior to 8:50am, so please respect this time and do not enter before 8:50am.
If you are signed up for afternoon basketball, you can drop off any time after 12:50pm. The staff is on break prior to 12:50pm, so please respect that dropoff time.
Pickup - Parents of kids age 10 and under are required to come in and sign their kids out, This helps us account for who has left for the day and strengthens our security. Pickup must be done within 10 minutes of the end of the day (12pm for the morning session and 4pm for afternoon session).
Snack Bar
We will have two 5-10 minute snack breaks scheduled for each session, and the BSC does offer a full snack bar/concessions. We have pizza at lunch as well as pop tarts, crackers, cookies, snacks, many flavors of potato chips, water, soda, and Gatorade.
If your child is interested in anything from our snack bar throughout the day, you can simply give them cash to purchase directly. Cash only for the snack bar during camp.
We are a NUT-FREE FACILITY. If your child chooses instead to bring their own snacks, please do not permit them to pack any snacks that contain nuts or nut products. They will be thrown in the dumpster.
Lunch Break
Lunch will be from 12pm - 1pm each day for full day camps, so if you are signed up for Full Day basketball you have the option to purchase pizza, snacks and/or drinks at the snack bar or bring your own lunch. Be sure food brought from home does not contain any nuts or nut products or they will be thrown out.
What to Bring?
Please have your son or daughter BRING THEIR OWN BASKETBALL, basketball sneakers and their own water bottle or money to buy drinks with them. We also need each camper to bring a positive attitude and desire to work hard and learn! All players should be dressed in basketball attire (no jeans).
If there is a situation where your child forgets to bring their own basketball, we do have a few extras, but he/she should bring their own each day. What else to bring to camp? Click HERE
Spectators
Spectators are permitted, we have bleacher seating in place. Feel free to watch and enjoy. Pictures and videos of your child participating in the basketball court area (only) are permitted.
