Court Rentals

 

 

The Bulldogs Sports Complex is an 11,000 square foot facility, fully equipped with two full size high school courts and one full size NBA court available for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, birthday parties and many other various rental opportunties. 

 

State of the art equipment was installed in 2021, with an overall investment of over $750,000 to upgrade the facility and create an opportunity for youth and adults in our 607 community to get the programming they need. 

 

 

About BSC Court Rentals

The Bulldogs Sports Complex is a NYS Registered 501c3 non-profit. The facility consists of an 11,000 square foot facility, fully equipped with two full size high school courts 9 and one full size NBA court  available for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, birthday parties and many other various rental opportunities. 

 

Renting 1 court: 

1 Side Basketball Court size of 84'x 50' 

1 Side Volleyball Court size of 59' x 29.6'

Total space of 98' x 56" (including sidelines & baselines)

Approximately 50 seats

 

Renting both courts - AKA The full court facility space

Main Basketball Court size of 94'x 50' or use it as 2 Side Basketball Courts size of 84'x 50' 

Main Volleyball Court size of 59' x 29.6' or use it as 2 Side Volleyball Courts size of 59' x 29.6'

Total space of 98' x 112" (including sidelines & baselines)

Approximately 600 seats (includes pull out of main bleachers)

 

 

Conveniently located on Robinson Hill Rd. in Johnson City, The BSC is approximately 2 minutes from Wegmans and Dicks House of Sport in Johnson City, and 2 minutes from the Binghamton Country Club in Endwell, and roughly 8 minutes from Seton Catholic Central High School. 

 

BSC Rental Policies

*Payment is due in advance to reserve any dates/times. 

*Renting 1 court means there will be another program on the other court. 

*Turf is not included in this rental. 

*For volleyball rentals, all net setup and breakdown must be done by coaches. BSC staff preps gym, bathrooms and prepares seating. 

*The BSC has a no refund policy and all reservations are final. Date changes are permitted with 15 days notice (pending gym availability).  

*There is a refundable cleaning/damage deposit for all BSC rentals, fully refundable as long as facility is returned back to its original cleanliness at the start of rental and no facility equipment is damaged.

*DISCLAIMER - There are no refunds for any Bulldogs Sports Complex program. Credit transfers may be granted or denied and are evaluated on a case by case basis and only under specific circumstances. For Court Rentals if at least 60 days notice of cancellation is provided in writing to BulldogsSportsComplex@gmail.com and an alternative date(s) can be agreed upon between renter and BSC Admin then a reschedule date will be provided at no additional charge. There is a $15.00 transfer fee to switch programs (plus any remaining balance.*
